Franklin County Schools is seeking a vendor to provide copier/printer/document management services for a 60-month term commencing July 1, 2026. The selected vendor will provide new, unused multi-functional devices with copy, print, scan, and fax capabilities, as well as a cloud-based device management and reporting console. The vendor will also provide full maintenance and service support, including consumables and supplies, at no additional cost.
