Description:
Miami University is seeking a vendor to provide enrollment marketing and communication centralization services. The selected vendor will assess current marketing and communication efforts, identify redundancies and gaps, develop a unified strategy, and recommend data structures, tools, and staffing models. The vendor will also guide the integration and restructure of admission websites and pages, and provide training and support to internal teams. The project is expected to last 12 months, with the option to renew for up to four additional 12-month terms. The vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive audit and mapping of current enrollment marketing and communication activities, recommendations for staffing and governance models, and a unified omnichannel enrollment marketing and communication strategy.
