The City of Charlotte is seeking one or more qualified Companies to provide basic washing, full cleaning, and decontamination services for its fleet of vehicles and construction-type equipment. Services will be performed either Off-Site or On-Site as deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The standard cleaning service frequency for most vehicles is monthly, however some of the City's departments encounter circumstances in which cleaning is required on a more frequent basis. Decontamination services are requested on an as-needed basis. • The City is using a new electronic solicitation Procurement Portal to post solicitations and communicate with vendors. • Vendors must register on the Procurement Portal to view and participate in solicitations. • All submissions must be submitted electronically via the Procurement Portal. • The City strongly recommends allowing sufficient time to complete the submission process.
