The State of West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the purchase of two (2) discard autoclave and one (1) media autoclave laboratory steam sterilizers. The contract items must meet specific requirements, including microcomputer-controlled steam sterilization, compatibility with existing facility dimensions, and stainless steel 316L chambers corrosion-resistant construction. The vendor must also provide on-site training, installation, and warranty services. • The contract items must be delivered within 90 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed. • The vendor must provide a comprehensive warranty covering all autoclaves, parts, labor, travel, and associated service costs for a minimum period of one (1) year from the date of installation and acceptance. • The contract is intended to provide agencies with a purchase price for the contract items, and the contract shall be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost.
