The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to enter into a contract with a qualified and experienced vendor to design, implement, and support a hosted data warehouse and dashboard solution. The project duration is 3 years with an option to renew annually for two additional one-year terms. A mandatory online pre-bid meeting will be held to provide an overview of the RFP, review key project requirements, and outline expectations for proposal submission. • The vendor must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting for their submission to be considered responsive. • The contract will be for a duration of 3 years with an option to renew. • The vendor should have experience in designing, implementing, and supporting hosted data warehouse and dashboard solutions. • Proposals will be accepted electronically. • The pricing information is attached in a separate document.
