The University of California Law San Francisco (UC Law SF) is seeking a trade contractor for the installation of residential appliances and foodservice equipment at the 100 McAllister Street Remodel & Seismic Upgrade project. The project involves a comprehensive renovation of a 28-story tower, including seismic upgrades, residential unit upgrades, elevator and building system replacement, and exterior repair. The selected trade contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the residential appliances and foodservice equipment scope of work. The project is expected to last 33 months, with a projected completion date of April 2027. Key requirements for the trade contractor include: • Significant experience in coordination and execution of projects of similar size and complexity • Previous experience with high-rise projects within the last 10 years • Ability to facilitate LEED requirements and comply with local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) • Possession of a valid California contractor's license and registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) • Ability to obtain corporate surety payment and performance bonds • Compliance with all UC Law SF requirements and state and local regulations.
