Contract 2 Electrical: Install all electrical power distribution systems, lighting systems interior/exterior, emergency generator with auto transfer switch and all necessary appurtenances for competion. Contract 3 HVAC: Furnish and install a complete HVAC system, thermostats, fans, louvers, dampers, boilers, heat pump condensing unit, coils, radiant floor heating and all necessary appurtenances for competion. Contract 4 Plumbing: Domestic water system, sewer piping/drains, bathroom fixtures, interior/exterior liquid propane piping, compressed air piping, and all necessary appurtenances for competion.
