The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking a contractor to provide operations and maintenance services for the Pivot system, which supports the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The contractor will serve as a subject matter expert and provide a wide array of IT services, including DevSecOps, software quality assurance, systems security, data reporting and analytics, program/project management, and support services. The scope of this effort includes project management, data reporting/analytics, and DevSecOps utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile methodology (or similar) and support services for the FEMA Pivot system as well as other affiliated applications in support of the NFIP. Key responsibilities include: • Tracking, collecting, disseminating, maintaining, and updating information on the Pivot system/applications • Providing business process workflows and generating reports to support NFIP's business operations • Supporting activities that include processing and validating insurance data collected by various stakeholder systems • Leveraging Pivot and other NFIP systems/applications to provide information required by the NFIP to execute flood insurance business operations
