The Children’s Trust is seeking a vendor to lease a Multifunction Printer (MFP) for a maximum of 60 months. The vendor must provide a single point of contact and a back-up contact for technical support issues. The MFP must meet or exceed the specifications of the Konica Minolta Bizhub C650i high-end color Multifunction Printer. The vendor must also provide maintenance and supply pricing for the MFP. • The MFP must operate through the State Commonwealth network and infrastructure. • The vendor must provide a valid quote that includes all relevant pricing and can be used to issue a purchase order. • The vendor must clearly identify the differences in cost and functionality of each option. • The vendor must provide options for data wiping and removal of printing at the end of the lease. • The vendor must describe how security and data privacy are maintained during the lease period and at equipment disposal.
