The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity Healthcare Contracting Division, Southeast (DHACA-HCD-SE) is issuing a Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract for a VITROS XT 3400 Chemistry Analyzer. The analyzer must comply with the required specifications listed in Attachment B – Chemistry Analyzer Essential Characteristics and be compatible with the Military Health System (MHS) GENESIS electronic health record system. The contract includes a base period plus four option years and an optional six-month period. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the Cost-Per-Test Agreement.
