The City of Avondale is seeking quotations from contractors for housing rehabilitation services, including professional home rehabilitation and/or maintenance contracting services, to be undertaken with federal and/or general funding sources. The services will include repair or rehabilitation of single-family dwellings in accordance with the City's Specifications and applicable laws, codes, and ordinances. Contractors must submit quotations that meet or exceed the minimum levels required in the Specifications.
