The work to be done under the Contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents, consists of performing, installing, furnishing and supplying all materials, equipment, labor and incidentals necessary or convenient for the construction of Project Number L09140, titled Curtis Hall IT Upgrades and carry out all of the duties and obligations imposed upon the Contractor by the Contract Documents. The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Remove all existing building telecommunications cabling infrastructure, remove associated pathways and junction boxes to facilitate work. Provide associated hazardous materials remediation support to allow for new pathway installation. Provide new telecommunications rooms and provide infrastructure throughout the building, including new pathways, grounding, cabling, boxes, faceplates, terminations, and testing. Provide associated patching and painting for a complete system installation. Coordinate final commissioning and turnover with Owner. The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number L09140 titled SUNY Oneonta Curtis Hall IT Upgrades until 2:00 p.m. local time on 1/15/2026 the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.
