The City of Bellevue is seeking a traffic data consultant to provide professional services to support traffic studies and analysis. The selected consultant will be required to conduct traffic studies, including tube counts, turning movement counts, and origin/destination studies, to aid in project scoping and evaluation, support a regional traffic model, and other transportation and development needs. The contract term is expected to be 3 years, with the option for two 1-year renewals. The total contract value is estimated to be between $400,000 and $500,000. • The consultant will provide traffic study and analysis services on an as-needed basis throughout the year. • The consultant will be required to conduct traffic studies, including tube counts, turning movement counts, and origin/destination studies. • The consultant will be required to provide clear and detailed reports of the traffic studies. • The consultant will be required to have experience working with municipal and regulatory entities. • The consultant will be required to have the ability to assign a consistent project team throughout the project completion.
