Description:
The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) is seeking proposals from qualified production companies to create videos to promote the Agency’s impact throughout Ohio as well as a 30-second broadcast quality commercial to be used in the Agency’s advertising campaigns. The selected company will be required to develop at least three videos and one commercial, work with OHFA to develop concepts and messaging, identify stakeholders and customers, shoot in the field, edit and produce high-quality videos, and deliver the final products through a digital file transfer site. The company will also be required to provide RAW files to OHFA and ensure that all videos are closed captioning-capable and meet industry best practices and standards. Key requirements for the proposal include: • Description of the company’s experience in producing customer-based videos and broadcast quality commercials • Qualifications relative to the scope of services • Staff references and resumes • References from former clients • Cost proposal, including travel expenses • Information on any pending or resolved material regulatory censure or litigation • Any additional information that OHFA should consider regarding the company’s qualifications
