The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division is seeking a contractor to provide commercial machine shop equipment maintenance services. The contractor will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and satellite support for various machines used in the manufacture of parts for electronic warfare tasks. The contractor must have factory-trained and/or industry-trained technicians to perform the required maintenance and repairs. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the award will be based on the offeror's technical capability, price, and past performance. • The contractor must provide maintenance and repair services for a list of specified machines, including lathes, mills, grinders, and saws. • The contractor must have access to all manufacturer documentation and parts necessary to perform maintenance and repairs. • The contractor must provide a completed Contractor Performance Data Sheet and a completed Price Matrix in excel format. • The contractor must indicate that they have factory-trained and/or industry-trained technicians for the equipment called out in their quote. • The contractor must provide evidence of their technicians' qualifications and certifications. • The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with options for renewal. • The contractor must provide a monthly status report on their repair and modification activities.
