The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) surveillance system upgrades for various locations in the Phoenix Area. The contractor will be responsible for removing and/or replacing existing CCTV equipment with new equipment. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. • The contractor must be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system. • The contractor must provide an authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer to verify that they are an authorized distributor for the products being quoted. • The contractor must submit a technical quote that includes warranty information and past performance. • The contractor must provide a proposed delivery and installation schedule. • The contractor must submit past performance that is current and relevant, with a maximum of 5 examples and a minimum of 3 examples.
