The City of Hinesville is seeking bids for the 2024-2025 LMIG Road Improvement project. The project consists of furnishing all labor and materials to complete the road improvement project, including 32,500 SY Chip Seal, 65,000 Asphalt Overlay, Deep patching, and Striping. The bidder must prequalify for bid by submitting a completed "Statement of Bidder Qualifications" form supplied by the Engineer. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of total amount bid for the completed work. • The project requires a M/WBE goal of 10% MBE and 3% WBE, for a total M/WBE participation of 13%. • Plans and Specifications must be obtained no later than five (5) working days before the bid date. • An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at Hinesville City Hall on July 24, 2025. • Award of the contract, if it is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder.
