The State of Mississippi, Department of Finance and Administration, is seeking proposals from manufacturers for a negotiated contract for various types of furniture, including cafeteria, dormitory, library, lounge, modular office, school furniture, seating, wood desks, and wood credenzas. The contract will be effective from July 1st to June 30th, and proposals must be received by April 15th. The successful bidder will be required to provide products that meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the proposal document. The contract will be for a period of two years, and the State reserves the right to renew the contract for additional periods. • The proposal must include a signed letter from an authorized representative, a dealers' list, a price list, a furniture catalog/category spreadsheet, and a purchase summary. • The manufacturer must be registered in the State's e-procurement system and have a current W9 on file. • The proposal must be submitted electronically through the State's e-procurement system. • The State requires the manufacturer to submit invoices electronically throughout the term of the agreement. • The contract will have a firm price guarantee for a twelve-month period, and price increases are not allowed during the term of the contract.
