The 411th Contracting Support Brigade intends to solicit and award a full-service food operations contract for a hybrid dining facility (DFAC) at Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea. The contractor will provide all personnel, management, supervision, and services necessary to operate the government-owned dining facility as a turn-key, contractor-operated food service operation. This includes meal preparation, service, menu planning, inventory, recordkeeping, sanitation, grab-and-go options, mobile ordering integration, and surge/contingency support. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, management, supervision, and services to operate the DFAC. • The contract includes meal preparation, service, menu planning, inventory, recordkeeping, sanitation, grab-and-go options, mobile ordering integration, and surge/contingency support. • A site visit is scheduled for 25 February 2026, at Camp Humphreys DFAC, and only one person per company is allowed to visit. • Interested and capable sources may submit a one-to-three-page capability statement (or statement of interest) by 8 p.m. Eastern Standard Time 26 February, 2026.
