A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 7/15/2025, at 10:00 AM, at the RELLIS Administration Conference Room 101. • The contractor will be required to submit a proposal, which will include a HUB Subcontracting Plan, if applicable. • The contractor will be responsible for completing the renovation work, including any necessary demolition, construction, and installation of electrical, plumbing, and roofing systems. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to HUB participation. • The contractor will be required to provide monthly HUB Progress Assessment Reports (PARs) with each pay application, if applicable.
