The U.S. Army Garrison Fort Hood is seeking a contractor to provide grounds maintenance services for a period of five one-year ordering periods. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and services to complete the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The government will not exercise supervision or control over the contract service providers, and the contractor will be accountable solely to the government. The key services include: • Providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to complete the requirements as outlined and defined in the PWS • Performing to the standards specified in the PWS • Being accountable solely to the government • Providing all necessary services for grounds maintenance.
