The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking a contractor to replace two existing hot water gas boilers with two new natural gas boilers at the Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park. The scope of work includes safely disconnecting the existing boilers, procuring and delivering the new boilers, installing and connecting the new boilers, and testing the new boilers. The contractor will also be required to inspect and check all water and gas connections and lines in the mechanical room and ensure there are no leaks. The contract term is 30 days and the due date for submission is April 23, 2025. Key responsibilities include: • Replacing existing two hot water gas boilers with two new natural gas boilers • Procuring and delivering the new boilers to the site • Installing and connecting the new boilers • Testing the new boilers and adjusting water temperature deliveries • Inspecting and checking all water and gas connections and lines • Providing a one-year workmanship warranty and the boiler manufacturer's warranty certificate.
