Description:
The City of Jacksonville Beach is seeking submittal of qualifications from Engineering firms interested in providing engineering support on projects for Beaches Energy Services. The selected firm must have the capability, experience, and licensing necessary to provide Engineering Services for Beaches Energy Services. The contract will be awarded based on the best overall qualifications and experience. • The contract term may be extended month-to-month past its term end date. • The City reserves the right to negotiate with the highest rated respondent and to award the contract to multiple firms. • The selected firm will be required to provide proof of insurance and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The City reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, to reject any and all responses, and to waive any informalities or irregularities. • The contract will be subject to the terms and conditions specified in the RFQ, including the Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act, Chapter 287.055, F.S.
