The City of South Fulton is seeking proposals from licensed and qualified Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Contractors to provide comprehensive services and long-term maintenance of solar energy systems on designated City-owned facilities. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing standby response and maintenance services for the City's solar PV systems. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The City is looking for a contractor with experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems, as well as experience with energy management systems and building automation systems. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the required services. • The contractor will be required to have a minimum of two years of experience in the installation and maintenance of solar PV systems. • The contractor will be required to have a valid business license and be registered with the Georgia Secretary of State. • The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance and bonding. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
