Description:
The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a contractor to provide fire and security alarm monitoring and maintenance/repair services at various state parks in El Dorado and Nevada counties. The contractor will be responsible for monitoring alarms 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and performing maintenance and repair work as needed. The contract is expected to start on November 1, 2025, and last for 24 months. • The contractor must have a current CA Contractor's State License Board C-7 Low Voltage or C-10 Electrical license. • The contractor must have a current CA Dept of Consumer Affairs - Bureau of Security and Investigative Services license as an alarm company operator. • The contractor must provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, and travel expenses necessary to perform the work. • The contractor must have experience performing alarm monitoring and maintenance work for similar sized government and/or private companies in California. • The contractor must provide proof of minimum qualifications, including a copy of their license and certification.
