The Kennesaw State University is seeking qualified suppliers to provide event services and equipment for student affairs. The scope of services includes entertainment services and equipment such as inflatables, yard games, carnival games, rock wall climbing, artist/entertainers, carnival food, and fair rides. The selected vendor(s) will be responsible for providing equipment, entertainment, and services, including setup, staffing, and supervision of activity stations. • Inflatables: bounce houses, obstacle courses, interactive inflatables, slides • Yard Games: oversized and traditional lawn games • Carnival Games: high striker, duck pond, etc. • Rock Wall Climbing: portable climbing walls including setup, staffing, and safety measures • Artist/Entertainers: airbrush tattoo artist, caricature artist, DJ entertainment, photobooth, henna tattoo artist, painting, etc. • Carnival Food: cotton candy, popcorn, funnel cakes, snow cones, cookies, etc. • Fair Rides: small amusement rides appropriate for a campus setting
