The County of Greenville is seeking a qualified firm to provide Landfill Gas (LFG) and Air Quality data evaluation, reporting, design, permitting, and miscellaneous regulatory consulting services for three landfills in Greenville County. The selected firm will be responsible for preparing semi-annual Title V Periodic Reports, Annual Title V compliance Certification Reports, and Greenhouse Gas reports. The firm will also provide miscellaneous consultation services related to landfill gas management, including data evaluation, reporting, modeling, permit preparation, and regulatory evaluations. Some of the key responsibilities of the selected firm include: • Preparing semi-annual Title V Periodic Reports for Twin Chimneys Landfill • Preparing Annual Title V compliance Certification Reports for Twin Chimneys Landfill • Preparing and electronically submitting Greenhouse Gas reports for Enoree and Twin Chimneys Landfills • Assisting in meeting landfill gas requirements for Blackberry Valley Landfill • Providing miscellaneous consultation services related to landfill gas management
