The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a solution to provide IT staff augmentation services from a Managed Service Provider (MSP). The MSP will utilize multiple subcontractors to provide staffing resources and will not directly employ any of the staffing resources. The selected Offeror will provide resources, subcontractors, and a vendor management system to meet the Commonwealth's needs for IT staff augmentation services. • The contract will be for 2 years with 3 optional 1-year renewals. • The MSP will be responsible for providing IT staff augmentation services to the Commonwealth. • The selected Offeror will be required to create a user profile within the JAGGAER portal. • Proposals will only be accepted electronically through JAGGAER. • Technical support is available via JAGGAER at (800) 233-1121.
