The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for the Geneva Field Office. The services will include general cleaning, disinfecting, and restocking of supplies. The vendor will be required to provide proof of liability insurance and all necessary cleaning supplies. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026. The vendor will need to confirm the first day of cleaning and weekly schedule after receipt of the purchase order. • Weekly cleaning services will include cleaning entrance glass, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, and dusting horizontal surfaces. • Restroom cleaning will include cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, and mirrors, as well as restocking toilet tissue and hand soap. • Breakroom and kitchen areas will be cleaned and disinfected, including sinks, countertops, and microwaves. • Offices and conference rooms will be vacuumed, dusted, and disinfected, including furniture and high-touch surfaces. • The vendor will also be responsible for emptying trash and sanitary napkin receptacles, disinfecting phones and door knobs, and cleaning baseboards and ledges.
