The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to repair an overhead door at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the repair. The scope of work includes replacing damaged slats, a Liftmaster limit assembly, a bottom bar, and a bottom seal. The contractor must ensure that all services, parts, and original equipment manufacturer components provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the performance work statement. The contractor must also comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, instructions, and requirements regarding environmental protection and occupational safety and health. • The contractor shall provide a one-time repair of the southwest overhead roll-up door. • The contractor shall replace three damaged slats on the Cookson overhead roll-up door. • The contractor shall replace the damaged slats with the same color (grey). • The contractor shall provide replacement parts that are compatible with the existing overhead door configuration. • The contractor shall replace the 2-piece 14ft bottom bar. • The contractor shall replace the bottom seal. • The contractor shall supply their own tools and equipment. • The contractor shall provide the boom lift or other type of lifts required to perform the service. • The contractor shall repair the overhead roll-up door to a fully functional state, ensuring it operates smoothly, safely, and according to the manufacturer's specifications. • The contractor shall remove and haul away old material.
