The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking a contractor to perform a deep clean of the Baker-Barry Tunnel in Golden Gate National Recreation Area, California. The work includes traffic control and will be performed between August 4, 2025, and August 31, 2025. The contractor must provide all necessary supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies to complete the work as specified in the project specifications and associated documents. • The contractor must have relevant experience with projects of similar scope and nature. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, safety, and environmental protection. • The contractor must provide a firm fixed price for the work, including all costs associated with mobilization, demobilization, and traffic control. • The contractor must submit a quote that includes a completed price schedule, technical information, and relevant experience. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission.
