The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Criminal Justice Training, is seeking a vendor to provide lunch services for recruits in Madisonville. The vendor must be located within a 30-mile radius of the Madisonville Police Department Regional Training Center and provide lunch for up to 30 students, Monday through Friday, between 11:00am and 2:00pm. The vendor will be responsible for providing all eating utensils and supplies, and each lunch meal, including a drink, must not exceed $15.00 per person. The contract term is from February 9, 2026, to June 30, 2026. * The vendor must provide a variety of food choices, including healthy options. * The vendor must coordinate with the DOCJT agency contact to discuss weekly menus. * The vendor will be paid within thirty (30) working days after receipt of approved invoices. * The total cost of services shall not exceed $20,000 per fiscal year.
