This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State business certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law. This procurement is for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises and Certified Women-Owned Business Enterprises subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law.
