The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking a contractor to install approximately 1,600 linear feet of 10-foot-high galvanized or stainless-steel chain-link fencing, inclusive of buried fabric, barbed wire, top and bottom rails, posts set in concrete, and a manually operated cantilever gate at the Federal Regional Center in Maynard, MA. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work within 90 calendar days after receiving notice to proceed. The contractor must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration and must submit a proposal indicating their technical approach and understanding of the requirements set forth in the Statement of Work. • The contractor must provide a detailed itemized quote for each line item, including business name, address, phone number, point of contact, email address, DUNS number, and/or Cage Code. • The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must provide past performance information for services directly related and relevant to the services to be performed under the Statement of Work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection. • The contractor must hold pricing for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes.
