The State of New Hampshire is seeking a contractor to provide power washing and window cleaning services at 110 Smoky Bear Blvd, Concord, NH 03301. The contractor will be required to wash and clean 44 exterior windows of various sizes and power wash all white brick surfaces. The contractor must supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to perform the services. The contract will be for a period of 30 days from the award date. • The contractor must have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property. • The contractor must be registered with the New Hampshire Secretary of State to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. • The contractor must provide proof of comprehensive general liability insurance coverage. • The contractor must comply with all statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county, or municipal authorities. • The contractor must not discriminate against employees or applicants for employment because of race, color, religion, creed, age, sex, handicap, sexual orientation, or national origin.
