The Department of Budget and Management is seeking a contractor to provide Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory services. The contractor will be responsible for screening collected specimens from applicants and employees to test for the illegal use of drugs. The contract will be for a five-year base period with two one-year renewal options. The contractor must have direct experience in providing Forensic Toxicology and Drug Testing Laboratory Services and must maintain SAMHSA certification, CLIA certification, and other applicable certifications and licenses. The contractor will be required to provide laboratory reports, quarterly utilization reports, and ad-hoc reports as requested. The contractor will also be responsible for attending meetings with the Contract Manager and providing meeting minutes. • The contractor must have experience in providing Forensic Toxicology and Drug Testing Laboratory Services. • The contractor must maintain SAMHSA certification, CLIA certification, and other applicable certifications and licenses. • The contractor will be required to provide laboratory reports, quarterly utilization reports, and ad-hoc reports as requested. • The contractor will be responsible for attending meetings with the Contract Manager and providing meeting minutes. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must ensure that all records are maintained and handled with the highest regard for donor privacy.
