The North Dakota Air National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide 4500 PSI ready-mix concrete for delivery during the week of July 14-18, 2025, with an option for up to 200 cubic yards of additional concrete for delivery during the week of July 21-25, 2025. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to deliver the concrete in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor must also ensure that all shipping and delivery costs are included in the total price. * The contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 327320, with a size standard of 500 employees. * The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission. * The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible vendor whose quote is most advantageous, price and other factors considered.
