Description:
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is soliciting written proposals for a continuing need primarily for maintenance and enhancements services in support of PennDOT business applications. The services shall address a wide range of functionality including, but not limited to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), work scheduling and control, project management, metrics, and service improvement. The contract will be for 4 years with two 3-year renewal options available. Some key points to consider are: • The Federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program applies to this procurement. • There is no DBE goal established for this procurement, but Offerors are encouraged to subcontract to DBE firms. • A preproposal conference and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) information session will be held on April 15, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams. • Proposal submittals will only be accepted electronically through JAGGAER. • Technical support is available via JAGGAER at https://www.jaggaer.com/service-support/supplier-support or (800) 233-1121.
