Description:
The University of Northern Iowa is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide goods and/or services for the GBPAC Donor Signage project. The project involves the design, fabrication, and installation of donor signage for the university's GBPAC facility. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities, technicalities, or informalities in proposals. • The proposal must be submitted via the UNI-Bid system. • The company must be licensed to do business in the State of Iowa and comply with all applicable laws and provisions. • The company shall procure all necessary permits and licenses and abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances of all federal, state, and local governments in which work under this contract is performed. • The company shall pay any sales, use, personal property, and other taxes arising out of this contract and the transaction contemplated hereby.
