The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a provider to deliver Account Validation Services to verify the existence, status, and identity of bank accounts for payment security. The provider must be qualified by the Pennsylvania Department of Treasury and meet the requirements outlined in the RFP. The contract will be a fixed-cost contract with a term of one year and the option to extend for four additional one-year periods. The provider will be responsible for performing at least 50% of the total contract value and assuming responsibility for all services offered in their proposal. • The provider must have experience in account validation services and meet the requirements outlined in the RFP. • The provider must be qualified by the Pennsylvania Department of Treasury to provide Account Validation Services to Commonwealth agencies. • The provider must have the ability to deliver a determination of the validity of a bank account and routing number. • The provider must have identity verification services that use additional details about the individual requesting the bank account addition or change to identify potentially fraudulent actors.
