Service description: Upstate is seeking a vendor to provide Canadian nurse recruits. The vendor must be able to provide Canadian nurse candidates (“Candidates”) whom have a TN Visa. The Candidates must possess competence in both written and spoken English. The Candidates must have graduated from an accredited College of Nursing. The Candidates must have passed the nursing licensing exam in their country of education and obtained requisite licensure. The Candidates must be eligible to apply for and obtain the required licenses, permits, and certifications necessary to practice as a Registered Nurse in their assigned state. The vendor will perform a needs assessment to determine criteria for candidate selection. The vendor will provide candidate screenings using methods such as resume reviews, direct video calling, self-published video submittals, and live interviews. The vendor will facilitate the presentation of the job offer to the selected candidate(s) and obtain their acceptance. The vendor will facilitate the candidates’ immigration application/process.
