The Massachusetts Teachers’ Retirement System is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding services and solutions for migrating their current WordPress intranet to a SharePoint platform. The goal is to understand available options, typical approaches, timelines, and cost structures before proceeding with a formal RFQ or project engagement. Respondents are invited to provide information on their approach, technical capabilities, project management, cost transparency, experience, and references. • The project aims to migrate to a modern, user-friendly SharePoint intranet platform, improving usability, search, and mobile access. • The project will likely include discovery and planning, design and configuration, content migration, training, and post-implementation support. • Respondents should provide a point-by-point response to each numbered subsection in Section 5 of the RFI. • The MTRS retains the right to request additional information from respondents and may elect to request formal presentations or create an RFR or RFQ based on the responses received.
