Georgia Southern University is seeking a pool of suppliers to provide HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for one year with four optional one-year renewals. The university is looking for suppliers who can provide new, commercial-grade products that are not refurbished or recycled. Suppliers must be able to meet all delivery requirements and provide estimated lead times for delivery of products. • The contract will be available for use by other State of Georgia institutions, colleges, universities, or other Georgia state agencies upon approval of the awarded suppliers, the University System of Georgia (USG), and the Department of Administrative Services (DOAS). • Suppliers must be able to provide HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies at a competitive price, with discounts and warranty options to be advised at the time of quote. • The university intends to have the ability to purchase any HVAC items suppliers offer, as well as place special orders for non-stock items as needed.
