The project involves the design-build demolition and construction of Fort Wadsworth Family Housing Facilities located at U. S. Coast Guard Sector New York, Staten Island, NY. The scope includes demolition of several apartment buildings, carports, and their foundations, preparation and clearing of the existing site for new construction, removal and installation of underground utilities, resurfacing and repair of roads and sidewalks, and new multiplex construction with new street lighting, landscaping, fencing, and new entrance gates. The project consists of two base items and six option items in accordance with the Price proposal Form.
