The Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Maritime Capabilities and Innovation - Commercial Solutions Opening Pilot Program (CSOP) General Solicitation aims to identify new ideas, approaches, tools, and partnerships to help the Department address critical challenges and accelerate transformation across its maritime enterprise.
