The Medford Housing Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to provide cleaning services for vacant apartments and common areas at seven public housing developments in Medford, MA. The contract will be for a period of three years, with an estimated total cost not to exceed $150,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to provide cleaning services in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) document. • The contract will be awarded to the responsible and responsive vendor who offers the best price. • The IFB is subject to the provisions of M.G.L. c.30B sec.5 and to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. • Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to respond to the IFB. • A briefing and site inspection is scheduled for February 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. • Questions must be sent in writing to Gabriel Ciccariello by February 26, 2026.
