The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide on-site art therapy services at Heartland Behavioral Healthcare located at 3000 Erie Street South, Massillon, Ohio 44646. • The contractor shall provide art therapy for patients, which can enhance their healing process. • Art therapy will be conducted up to 8 hours weekly on the grounds of Heartland Behavioral Healthcare. • The therapist must be able to work with a diverse population with mental health diagnoses and behavioral issues. • The scope of work includes conducting art activity and/or therapy sessions with patients, documenting treatment plan interventions, participation, engagement, and progress in the patient record. • The contractor shall be registered as an Art Therapist and have worked as an Art Therapist for 2 years. • Experience working with patients who have a mental illness diagnosis is required.
