The Richland County is seeking electronic bids from qualified suppliers to provide a new sidewalk along Saint Andrews Road from Broad River Road northeast to its terminus. The project includes the construction of 1860 lf of concrete sidewalk, minor curb and gutter repair, pedestrian ramps, mix asphalt paving for driveways, grading, earthwork, traffic control, utility relocations, and erosion control activities. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work within the specified time frame and in accordance with the plans and specifications.
