Description:
The City of Toledo is seeking a vendor to replace its legacy Cisco‑based telephone system with a cloud‑hosted telephony solution for roughly 1,400 seats across about 55 municipal facilities. The contract will be for an initial one‑year term with a one‑year renewal option, and the City reserves the right to split the award among multiple providers and to adapt the solution as technology evolves.
