The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) is seeking information from potential contractors to support the Personnel Security Support Services (PS3) to the Adjudication and Vetting Services (AVS). The contractor will provide operational support to assist in the personnel clearance oversight and management, as well as support to the holistic vetting and adjudication mission. The scope of work includes reviewing and processing personnel security documentation, providing analytic support services, and developing processes and procedures. • The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform PS3. • The contractor will be responsible for providing operational support to assist in the personnel clearance oversight and management. • The contractor will provide the personnel to support the accurate and timely analysis and coordination of information in support of the evolving Defense Vetting and Continuous Evaluation (CE) mission.
